Located in Crivitz, Wisconsin, NEWCare is a 43-bed skilled nursing facility and rehabilitation center where compassionate care and professional support go hand in hand.
Our dedicated team of licensed professionals are here to help each resident reach their highest level of independence through personalized physical and occupational therapy, and to provide a home-away-from-home experience.
We’re proud to have an in-house Medical Director—a physician specializing in family medicine and geriatrics—who closely monitors all long-term and rehabilitation patients, ensuring consistent, high-quality care every day.
